An unfiltered light red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from the Bobar vineyards at the base of the Christmas Hills escarpment on the western edge of the Yarra Valley. These east facing slopes enjoy the generous sunshine of the valley floor counterplayed against the moderating influence of the steep range behind them that affords protection from the afternoon heat.
Perfumed, fresh, flavoursome, delicious! Blood plum, raspberry, thyme and bay leaf aromas, the light to medium bodied palate as at once silky and crisp.
